You're confirmed for the inaugural Podcast Row at MIC 2026. Everything you need before Tampa is on this page, and it stays current as details firm up.
Every person on your team registers individually through the link below. Registration gives you a complimentary Connector Pass, with the option to upgrade to VIP.
Team members beyond the host: . A producer or camera operator counts as a team member, not a second host.
Already confirmed and registered? Perfect, you’re ahead. Just make sure every team member has their own pass.
Find your day below. Table numbers are listed with each show and are subject to change.
Register every person on your team for their pass. Your hosts, team members and setup needs are already on record from your application; if anything’s changed, email Evelyn and Lakesha.
Once the speaker and partner lineup is confirmed, we'll publish guest recommendations for your show. How to unlock yours is in Guest Pairings below. You can also book interviews directly with guests you already know.
Record inside your assigned window, publish at least one episode from MIC, and share it with your audience and ours.
When the lineup is confirmed, the MIC PR team publishes guest recommendations matched to each show's audience. Each show has a private access code, so only you see yours.
Your code comes with your day assignment. Misplaced it? Email Evelyn and she'll resend it. What's inside are recommendations, not bookings. Who you book is always your call.
Bring everything your show needs to sound like your show: mics, cameras, mixer, laptop, headphones, every cable, charger and backup battery, plus your branded table overlay and signage. Test it all before you fly, and arrive ready to plug in and hit record.
Podcast Row lives on Level 4 of the JW Marriott this year, along the corridor and hall wall. Thursday runs tables 1 through 11; Friday runs tables 1 through 12. Your table number is in the lineup above and in your check-in email.
Tap the map to open it full size. Your table number is in The Lineup above.
If you'd rather not fly with gear, ship it. Hand your package to the carrier by and time arrival for or later. The hotel can't accept packages more than three business days out.
The MIC Exhibitor FAQ has the full shipping detail. It's written for exhibitors, and the same rules apply to Podcast Row.
There's no fee to record on Podcast Row. In return, MIC asks every show for the same eight things.
Come with two to four topics in mind and a few conversation starters. Review the speaker lineup and the conference schedule so you know who you'd be excited to interview and can plan the rest of your MIC around your window.
At least one episode from MIC, on your usual schedule. Tag MIC and the guests and partners who appear, and add MIC as a collaborator wherever the platform offers it. Get a quick confirmation before you post any additional content captured outside the formal interview.
Email your published episode to Josh White at so MIC can share it across our channels. Behind-the-scenes clips and hallway moments are welcome too.
No. The row is yours from 9 to 5, but how much of it you use is up to you. If you already know you'll wrap early, tell us. Shows on the waitlist can use the time you don't need.
Yes. Up to 2 additional team members beyond the host, and every person on your team registers individually for their own pass. A producer or camera operator counts as a team member, not a second host.
Every recommended guest is already a registered MIC speaker or attendee, so they're covered. If you book someone who isn't attending MIC, they'll need to register like anyone else.
No. loanDepot sponsors Podcast Row, and their support is part of what makes the row free for every show. It comes with no strings for you: you're not required to run a "sponsored by," mention loanDepot, or include them in your content in any way. If you choose to give them a nod, that's entirely at your discretion.
A dedicated six-foot table with standard white linen and your table number. Everything else, from mics to cables to backup batteries, comes with you.
No. There's no fee to record on the row. Travel and lodging are yours.
Email Evelyn and she'll resend it. Keep it to your team; it unlocks your show's private guest recommendations.
No, and that's on purpose. They're recommendations. Nothing is booked until we tell you it is, and booking your own guests is always fine.
You have your full recording day. Specific times with recommended guests get confirmed by the MIC team around each guest's MIC schedule, so please don't promise a guest a time until we've confirmed it.
Podcast Row is on Level 4 of the JW Marriott, along the corridor and hall wall. Check-in opens at 7:30 a.m.; signage and the Podcast Row team will route you from registration straight to your table.
Publish at least one episode from MIC on your usual schedule, tag MIC and your guests, and email the published link to Josh White so MIC can share it.
Something changed? Tell us early rather than on-site.
